Warsztaty o tematyce związanej z repozytoriami

Politechnika Gdańska zaprasza do udziału w grudniowych warsztatach poświęconych tematyce związanej z repozytoriami, które organizowane są w ramach projektu FIDELIS. Projekt FIDELIS ma na celu ustanowienie dynamicznej i samowystarczalnej sieci zaufanych repozytoriów, która będzie wspierać otwarte środowisko naukowe i gwarantować udostępnianie danych zgodnie z zasadami FAIR. Jest to zgodne z założeniami Europejskiej Chmury Otwartej Nauki (EOSC), dążącymi do stworzenia zrównoważonej sieci danych i usług FAIR dla nauki w Europie.

AI for digital repositories: opportunities and challenges (2 December 2025, 15:00-16:30)

In this webinar, we discuss (1) use-cases on how to add value to data in digital repositories by using AI technologies, (2) important concepts of LLMs and (3) how the EOSC Data Commons project supports data discovery using AI. We will conclude with two parallel sessions. One session will be a discussion, in which we aim to define the most interesting opportunities and pressing challenges. The second parallel session will be a tutorial with an example on how to make use of repository data with LLM.

Adapting the FAIR-enabling data policy checklist for repositories Workshop (10 December 2025, 14:00-16:00)

In this interactive session, the main aim will be to introduce the policy checklist to participants, to consider the range of policies that repositories may need to review, and to work collaboratively towards a first draft of an adaptation of the checklist to support its use by repositories.
